Yes. Every brand-new phone from EE includes extended warranty cover for the lifetime of your plan, protecting against manufacturer faults beyond the standard manufacturer warranty.

Yes. Existing EE customers can upgrade to a new pay monthly phone as part of a plan that suits their needs.

Yes. EE’s returns policy generally allows 14 days to return a device for any reason (cooling-off period). Faulty or damaged items can be returned within 30 days. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations can be initiated via the EE app or website, with refunds processed within 14 days of EE receiving the item.

You’ll have access to 24/7 expert customer support and help from over 400 EE stores across the UK.

EE offers next-day repairs using genuine manufacturer parts, helping you get back up and running quickly.

Yes. You can keep your existing number when switching or upgrading to a new EE pay monthly phone.

During your minimum term the monthly price for your plan will be as-per the prices above. After your minimum term, your plan price will increase on 1st March each year.
