You’ll be made aware of any exclusions when you purchase your insurance. Some examples are:

• Your device is more than 5 years old.
• Your device was repaired using non-genuine parts.
• Your device is not covered for cosmetic dents, scratches, or other marks.

You can cancel your insurance at any time.

You will still be able to make a claim up until the day before your next payment was due. The only exception is if you have had your cover for fewer than 15 days and have not made a successful claim. In that situation, you will receive a full refund and your cover will end immediately.

If you do not make your payments, your cover will be cancelled.
