Extend your WiFi
You simply need to place it halfway between your hub and where you need better WiFi, to get consistent coverage in every corner of your home.
How is mobile broadband different to full fibre?
Full fibre uses fibre optic cables to deliver speeds up to 1.6Gbps straight to your home.
Mobile broadband uses the mobile network instead of fixed cables, connecting your home through a plug‑in hub.
If you can’t get full fibre at your address, mobile broadband is a fast, flexible alternative.

Should I get a mobile broadband or mobile WiFi device?
Choose an EE mobile broadband hub if you need WiFi at home. They're designed to power everyday home WiFi for streaming, working from home, and connecting multiple household devices.
Choose an EE mobile WiFi device if you need WiFi on the go. It’s portable, personal and best for travel or working away from home.
Should I get a 4G or 5G device?
5G has lower latency, more capacity and faster speeds than 4G. It doesn’t replace 4G, it uses both networks to create the fastest possible connection.
Check the 5G network coverage where you live. If you’re not covered it could be worth considering a 4G plan or device.
Some plans come with data caps. Always check the data available meets your needs.
