FAQs

Yes. The HP Laptop 15 has a 13th generation Intel Core i5-1334U processor with 10 cores and 12 threads, reaching speeds up to 4.6GHz. It keeps browsing, documents and video calls running smoothly, so everyday tasks feel quick and responsive.

It comes with 8GB of RAM, which is plenty for everyday multitasking. If 8GB feels tight with lots of browser tabs and video calls, you can upgrade to 16GB using the 2 available RAM slots to keep everything running smoothly.

You get a 15.6” Full HD display with a 1920 x 1080 resolution, IPS panel and anti-glare coating. With an 85% screen-to-body ratio and ultra-thin bezels, you get more screen to work and watch on, and DC Dimming technology removes screen flickering for comfortable viewing.

Expect around 6 to 7 hours for everyday mixed use, and up to 8 hours with lighter tasks like browsing and documents. Heavier workloads drop it to 4 to 5 hours, so it comfortably sees you through a typical day. Fast charge gives you 50% battery in 45 minutes.

Not for demanding games. The HP Laptop 15 uses built-in Intel Iris Xe graphics designed for everyday tasks, so you’ll enjoy smooth browsing, streaming and video calls. For serious gaming or video editing, a laptop with dedicated graphics would be a better fit.

You stay connected with WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 for fast, reliable wireless connections. There’s also 1 USB-C port, 2 USB-A ports, an HDMI 1.4b port and a headphone and microphone combo jack for all your peripherals.

It comes with Windows 11 Home ready to go. You’ll get a rejuvenated Start menu and fresh ways to connect, straight out of the box.

Good. The HP True Vision camera has a privacy door, dual mics and advanced noise reduction for clearer calls. The privacy door lets you cover the camera when you’re not using it, for peace of mind.

Yes. With a dependable Intel processor, lightweight design and long battery life, it handles browsing, streaming, documents and video calls without breaking a sweat. It’s all wrapped in a sleek, thoughtfully designed body built from ocean-bound and post-consumer recycled plastics.
